Charles F. Steege, CFP®, President, Financial Advisor, is the founder of SFG Wealth Planning Services, Inc., and works exclusively with executives to provide financial planning services. A graduate of Gordon College, Chuck has been providing advice in the financial service arena since 1985. He received his certification from the College for Financial Planning and has been a licensee with the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards since 1990. Chuck is registered as a licensed practitioner and a member of the Financial Planning Association, including the Delaware Valley society. Chuck is also registered with the PA Securities Commission as an Investment Advisor Representative of SFG Investment Advisors, Inc.
Chuck’s primary responsibilities include engaging prospective clients, presenting comprehensive financial plans to Financial Planning Services clients, and providing on-going services for Executive Planning Services clients. Chuck also sits on SFG Investment Advisors’ Investment Committee, provides quarterly educational conference calls for clients, and manages the firm’s sales and marketing efforts.
Chuck has been married to his wife Susan since 1986 and has three grown children: Scott, Lindsey, and Andrew. He is also a very active member in his church.

Peter J. Gilbert, Esq., Estate Tax Attorney, graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Haverford College in 1966, and the Bachelor of Divinity degree from Yale Divinity School in 1970. He served 17 years in the pastoral ministry, and began the full-time practice of law in 1990, after having obtained his law degree from William and Mary in 1981. Peter is also a member of the National Network of Estate Planning Attorneys, the Montgomery County Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, and the Bucks County, Montgomery County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations.
As an independent associated with SFG, Peter is founder of the law firm of Legacy Strategies Group, LLC, in November 1999, whose principal office is in Chalfont, Bucks County, Pennsylvania. The firm concentrates on estate planning. He is a principal of the Pennsylvania Estate Planning Institute, which provides continuing education to accountants and financial planners in essential and advanced estate planning topics. He is also committed to furthering his own education, training continuously with the National Network of Estate Planning Attorneys, LifespanTM Legal Services, and other advanced course providers. Since joining the National Network of Estate Planning Attorneys, Peter has attended each Collegium, which are the Network�s weeklong educational events held twice a year.
Peter is a charter member of Lifespan Legal ServicesTM, having been part of the Lifespan Pilot Program since the fall of 1998. This group of attorneys, within the National Network, is committed to perfecting the way America plans by designing, implementing, and maintaining plans that work for the clients, and practices that work for the attorneys.
Peter has been married to Joan Kennedy Gilbert since 1968. They have two sons: Ethan, an airline pilot living near Cincinnati; and Benjamin, an engineer living in San Diego.

William H. Josuweit, CPA, Income Tax Advisor, Tax Planner and Preparer, graduated from Temple University with a B.A. in Business Administration in 1970. Licensed by both the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants he has been providing complex tax planning and compliance services for high income and high net worth clients since passing the comprehensive CPA exam in 1986. Prior to 1986 he worked for several large corporations developing and implementing stock option and deferred compensation plans.
Bill is an independent associate with SFG and is a principal in his own firm, Shearer Josuweit and Company. He has been married to his wife Barbara since 1983 and has three grown children, Beth, Greg, and Scott. Bill is active in his church having served on the Stewardship Committee and as a member of the church council.

Michael J. Davis, CPA, Income Tax Advisor, Tax Planner and Preparer, graduated from Temple University with a B.B.A. in Business Administration in 1974. Licensed by both the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants, he has been providing tax and compliance services for small businesses and high income clients since graduation. Mike worked for several small firms prior to establishing his accounting practice in 1981. He passed the comprehensive CPA exam in 1980.
Mike is an independent associate with SFG and is a principal in his own firm, Michael J Davis, P.C. He has been married to his wife Carol since 1974 and has one grown son Marshal, who is a law school graduate and a member of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bars.

Michael F. Rogers, Esq., CPA, Estate Tax Attorney, has been providing tax and estate planning guidance to executives and businesses entities for many years. Whether by providing one-on-one client planning services or by lectures to audiences of retirees, adult education classes or other groups, Mike has helped executives understand the process and the issues that are most important. Additionally, Mike has presented many seminars to audiences of attorneys, CPA's and other financial service professionals on the topics of Estate, Business and Tax Planning. For many years, he was the editor of Assets, a bimonthly estate planning newsletter. He has been a popular guest on radio and television programs, and has been quoted in Business Week and other publications. Mike is a graduate of Temple University School of Law who holds Juris Doctor, and Master of Law (Taxation) degrees. He also holds an M.B.A. degree from Drexel University. He is also a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC).
Mike specializes in tax and estate planning for executives and tax and general business planning for professional and business clients. Formerly, he was Vice President and Senior Tax Manager for Butcher and Company, a regional investment banking firm. He was also a member of the tax department of Arthur Young & Co. (Now Ernst & Young, LLP).
Mike is an independent associate with SFG and is currently the head of the Trusts and Estates Department of the law firm of Salvo Landau Gruen & Rogers in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania.

Kelly J. Groff, CFP®, Director of Operations, graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Bob Jones University in 1989, and received Pennsylvania Teacher Certification in Secondary Math from Allentown College in 1994. He received his financial planning certification from the College for Financial Planning in 2005, and is a member of the Financial Planning Association.
Kelly is also registered with the PA Securities Commission as an Investment Advisor Representative of SFG Investment Advisors, Inc. Kelly has been with SFG Wealth Planning Services, Inc. since 1998. As the Director of Operations, his responsibilities include managing the firm’s operations and technology. Kelly also provides ongoing support to Asset Management clients, and provides investment management support for all clients of the firm. These responsibilities include but are not limited to trading, performance reporting, and portfolio reconciliation. Kelly also sits on the firm’s Investment Committee. Kelly provides support to the firm’s Chief Compliance Officer in managing the firm’s compliance operations in keeping current with SEC registered investment advisor regulations.
Kelly married his wife, Cindy, in 1991 and has one school-aged son: Joshua. Being a softball and football enthusiast, he coaches Pop Warner youth football in his community, and is an active member of his church.

Francis T. Sharp III, Associate Planner, Financial Advisor, started with SFG in the summer of 2004 as a part-time intern while he attended college at Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania. In the summer of 2005, he again rejoined the SFG team full-time to fulfill more of his internship requirements and also to gain practical, hands-on experience within the financial planning field. Upon his graduation in May of 2006, Frank was granted a B.S.B.A in Finance with a focus in Personal Financial Planning. At this point Frank accepted a full-time position with SFG as an Associate Planner.
Wasting no time, Frank sat for his Series 65 Exam in July of 2006, registering him an Investment Advisor Representative of SFG Investment Advisors, Inc. with the PA Securities Commission. Frank is primarily responsible for the compilation of financial plans, including research and preparation of reports. He also assists with the presentation of financial plans. Similarly, Frank prepares client reports for annual reviews for Executive Planning Services and Asset Management clients. Frank chairs the firm’s Investment Committee, conducts reviews of mutual funds and money managers, tracks performance for model portfolios, generates Investment Policy Statements for clients, and manages portfolio rebalancing. He also manages the firm’s internship program.
Both a golf and volleyball enthusiast, Frank hopes to compliment his work at SFG with a part-time coaching position at a local high school in the future.

Alison (Wall) Kerber, Client Service Associate, has been a member of the SFG team since April 2005. Alison holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Social Work from Temple University, and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
As the firm’s Client Service Associate, Alison provides support to both clients and the firm’s financial advisors. Primarily, Alison is responsible for client servicing, including new account openings, cashiering requests, account maintenance, qualified retirement plan distributions and contributions, and account transfers. Alison assists with the initial data gathering and data entry for both financial plans, and ongoing client reviews. She also assists with trading and performance reporting, and acts as part-time secretary of the firm’s Investment Committee. Alison also provides administrative support, such as client scheduling, to the staff.
Alison married her husband, Bill, in 2007. She loves baseball, volunteering as child advocate for Compassion International, and being active in her church.

Patricia Kreschollek, Office Administrator, Director, has been handling bookkeeping and accounting matters for the SFG team since 1999. In addition and in tandem with SFG, she has operated her own business in this same field for almost 20 years. In this capacity, Pat has enjoyed the challenge of working with many interesting businesses and non-profits. Her studies were done at Millersville University in secondary education, with accounting courses completed later at Delaware Valley College. She has also tutored children in math in area public and private schools for the Intermediate Unit of Bucks County.
Pat’s primary responsibility is the financial operations of the company. She manages the budgeting process, cash flow and expenses, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll. Pat also handles client billing. Additionally, she is a part-time secretary for the Investment Committee, and provides office management.
With her husband Jim, Pat enjoys spending free time with their five beautiful and talented grandchildren. Other favorite activities are vocal and guitar harmonies with Tapestry (a church music group), swimming, and reading.
